Welcome to pickiox.com, the official online store for Pickiox™, the print-on-demand (POD) apparel brand of Xte LLC, 736 S Stanley Ave Los Angeles, CA 90036, United States. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding contract between you (“Customer,” “user,” “you,” or “your”) and Xte LLC (“Pickiox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing the Site, creating an account, or completing a purchase of custom T-shirts, sweatshirts, tank tops, or hoodies, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all provisions below. If you do not agree, please exit the Site and refrain from placing an order.
1. Scope of the Agreement
These Terms govern your use of every page, form, email correspondence, and any other communication channel associated with pickiox.com (collectively, the “Service”). They incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Payment Methods, and Disclaimer.
2. License to Use the Site
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use pickiox.com solely for:

4. User Responsibilities & Restrictions

Upload infringing, obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content.

Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without prior written consent.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice.
5. Pricing, Availability & Tax

Product prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are valid only for orders shipped within the US.

We reserve the right to change prices, introduce promotions, or correct typographical errors at any time prior to checkout confirmation.

A flat 5 % sales tax applies where required by law and appears in your cart before payment is submitted.

Free Standard Shipping applies to merchandise subtotals of $199 USD or more; orders below that threshold incur a flat $7.99 shipping fee.
6. Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery
All garments are produced within 2–4 business days and then shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery normally occurs 9–14 business days from the date of purchase. Estimated transit windows are guidelines—not guarantees—and may be extended by events outside our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.). 7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Order Changes – You may cancel or edit an order within two hours of placement by emailing contact@pickiox.com.

Return Window – You have 30 days from confirmed delivery to request a return or size exchange.

Refund Timing – Approved refunds are credited to the original Stripe or PayPal account within five business days of inspection.

8. Payment Terms & Security
We accept PayPal and all major debit/credit cards processed through Stripe. Payments are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, PCI-DSS-compliant gateways, tokenization, and industry-standard fraud screening. Charges will appear as *“PICKIOX XTE LLC” on your statement.
9. Intellectual-Property Rights
All text, graphics, logos, icons, and software on pickiox.com are either owned by or licensed to Xte LLC and are protected under U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not use Pickiox trademarks or copyrighted material without our prior written consent. User Content remains your property, but you grant Pickiox a non-exclusive license to reproduce the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pickiox and Xte LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any product purchased through pickiox.com. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Xte LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
12. Third-Party Services & Links
Pickiox may link to external websites for payment, analytics, or informational purposes. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party sites. Access them at your own risk.
13. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Pickiox uses first-party and third-party Cookies for core site functionality, analytics, and personalized content. Disabling Cookies in your browser may impair site features such as account login, cart retention, or language preference. See our Privacy Policy for a full breakdown.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, order, or access to the Service at any time—immediately and without notice—if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account by emailing contact@pickiox.com. Sections concerning intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration or small-claims court in Los Angeles County, California.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any change is effective immediately upon posting the revised document on pickiox.com, indicated by the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the Service after an update signifies acceptance of the new Terms.
