Refund and Returns Policy

At Pickiox, a brand of Xte LLC, we want you to love every custom-printed tee, hoodie, tank or sweatshirt you receive. If something isn’t right, this page explains exactly how we will make it right—clearly, quickly and without hidden surprises.

1. Overview

  • Return window: 30 calendar days from the delivery date shown by the carrier.

  • Refund processing time: Within 5 business days of approving your return.

  • Payment methods refunded: The same account originally used at checkout (Stripe or PayPal).

  • Service area: Orders shipped to U.S. addresses only.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  1. Be unused, unwashed and unworn. Trying on for size is fine, but please do not remove tags.

  2. Arrive back with the original packing slip or order confirmation e-mail as proof of purchase.

  3. Be shipped back within 30 days of delivery using USPS, UPS or FedEx and a trackable service.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Because every garment is printed on demand just for you, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products customized with personal names, slogans, numbers or artwork unless faulty.

  • Final-sale or clearance merchandise explicitly marked “non-returnable” on the product page.

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your apparel arrives misprinted, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong design/size:

  1. Snap a quick photo of the issue and email it to contact@pickiox.com within 5 days of delivery.

  2. We will send a prepaid return label or—where photos are sufficient—ship a free replacement immediately.

  3. You never pay shipping on defective or wrong-item exchanges.

5. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at contact@pickiox.com with: order number, item(s) you want to return, and the reason.

  2. We’ll reply within one business day with a return authorization (RMA) and simple packing instructions.

Keep the tracking number until your refund or exchange is finalized.

6. Conditions for Return

  • Items must arrive in resellable condition—no deodorant marks, pet hair or odors.

  • Returns sent without an RMA or outside the 30-day window may be refused or subjected to a 20 % restocking fee.

  • We reserve the right to inspect all returns before issuing credit.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, defective or misprinted items: Pickiox provides a prepaid return label, so you pay nothing for shipping.

  • Wrong size, style or color ordered: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us via USPS, UPS, or FedEx; this outbound postage is non-refundable.

  • Exchanges for a different size or color: You cover the cost of sending the item to our returns address; once received and approved, Pickiox ships the replacement back to you at no charge.

All other sections of the policy remain unchanged.

8. Refunds

  • After inspection, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within five (5) business days.

  • Banks or PayPal may require an additional 2-5 business days to post funds to your account.

  • Original outbound shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Exchange Policy

Want a different size or color? Follow the return steps above, select “Exchange,” and tell us the replacement details. We will confirm stock within 24 hours so you know your new shirt is on the way as soon as the original arrives.

10. Order Cancellation

  • Because each garment enters production quickly, you may cancel or change an order within two hours of placing it by emailing contact@pickiox.com with “CANCEL” in the subject line.

  • After two hours, production costs have begun and the order cannot be cancelled; please use the standard return process once you receive the item.
