Last updated – 1 June 2025

Welcome to pickiox.com, the online store operated by Xte LLC, 736 S Stanley Ave Los Angeles, CA 90036, United States (“Pickiox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your privacy matters to us. This document explains—in plain English—how and why we collect, use, store, and share your information when you browse our site or purchase our print-on-demand (POD) T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and tank tops. By visiting pickiox.com, creating an account, or completing a transaction, you agree to the practices described below. If anything here is unclear, email contact@pickiox.com  we’re happy to help.

1. Key Definitions

  • Cookie – A small text file saved in your browser to remember preferences, analyze site traffic, and keep you signed in.

  • Device – Any internet-connected phone, tablet, computer, or similar hardware used to access Pickiox.

  • Personal Data – Information that alone or combined can identify you (e.g., name, email, IP address, or order history).

  • Service – All webpages, sub-domains, emails, and digital features offered on pickiox.com.

  • Third-Party Service – A company outside Pickiox that helps us run the site or market our products (payment gateways, carriers, analytics tools, etc.).

  • You / Customer – Any visitor, account holder, or buyer using the Pickiox Service.

2. Information We Collect

  • Identity details – your name and/or username supplied during account creation or checkout.

  • Contact details – email address, phone number, and shipping or billing address provided on registration forms, at checkout, or when you contact customer support.

  • Order specifics – product style, size, color, uploaded artwork, quantity, price, and any notes you add while configuring a T-shirt, hoodie, tank top, or sweatshirt.

  • Payment references – the last four digits of your card, PayPal transaction ID, and billing ZIP code. Full card numbers never enter Pickiox servers; they go straight to Stripe or PayPal.

  • Technical data – IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, referring pages, and on-site actions such as clicks or time on page, captured automatically through cookies and analytics scripts.

  • Marketing preferences – newsletter opt-ins, survey answers, review submissions, and ad-targeting choices you set in your account or via email links.

3. Why We Use Your Data

  • Process and deliver orders – From artwork validation to carrier label creation.

  • Personalize the shopping experience – Remembering cart contents, sizes, and color choices.

  • Improve our website – Analyzing traffic patterns, fixing bugs, and adding features shoppers request.

  • Provide customer support – Responding to questions, returns, and warranty claims.

  • Send service emails – Order confirmations, shipping updates, and critical policy changes.

  • Offer promotions (with consent) – Occasional newsletters or retargeted ads to people who opt-in.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Pickiox uses first-party and trusted third-party cookies to:

  1. Keep you logged in between visits.

  2. Store cart items until checkout.

  3. Measure site traffic and campaign performance.

  4. Show relevant Pickiox ads on other sites (interest-based advertising).

You can disable cookies in your browser, but some essential site features—like the cart and secure checkout—may not function correctly.

5. Sharing Your Information

We never sell personal data for cash. We share only the minimum necessary data with:

  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to securely complete transactions.

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver your order and send tracking updates.

  • Analytics and marketing partners to help us understand site usage and improve advertising relevance.

  • Service providers who host our servers, send transactional emails, or prevent fraud—each bound by confidentiality agreements.

  • Authorities when legally required to comply with subpoenas, court orders, or to protect the rights and safety of Pickiox and its users.

If Pickiox is ever involved in a merger or asset sale, we will transfer data only to buyers that agree to honor this Privacy Policy.

6. Email Practices

  • Transactional emails (order, shipping, account notices) are mandatory; you can’t opt out of these while you have an open order.

  • Marketing emails are sent only if you explicitly subscribe. Every promotional message includes an unsubscribe link that works instantly.

  • We may use hashed email addresses to show Pickiox ads on platforms such as Facebook or Google to people who already subscribed.

7. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only as long as needed to:

  • Provide the Service and complete orders.

  • Meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations.

  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

When data is no longer required, we securely delete it or anonymize it so it cannot be linked back to you.

8. Security Measures

  • 256-bit SSL encrypts every page that handles personal or payment information.

  • PCI-DSS–compliant gateways (Stripe, PayPal) process all payments; Pickiox never stores full card numbers.

  • Least-privilege access – Only vetted staff can view order data, and multi-factor authentication protects internal dashboards.

Despite robust safeguards, no internet transmission is 100 % secure. If you believe your account was compromised, contact us immediately.

9. Your Choices & Rights

  • Access / Update – Log in to your account to view or edit most profile details.

  • Delete – Email contact@pickiox.com to request permanent deletion, subject to legal record-keeping duties.

  • Opt-Out of marketing – Click “unsubscribe” in any promo email or adjust preferences in your account dashboard.

  • Cookie controls – Set your browser to block or delete cookies at any time.

California residents should also review our Do Not Sell My Information page for additional rights.

10. International Transfers

Pickiox and its service providers store data on U.S. servers. By using the Service from outside the United States, you consent to transferring, processing, and storing your information in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Children’s Privacy

Pickiox is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors. If a parent or guardian believes we have collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
