Below you will find everything you need to know about paying for your custom Pickiox apparel—how you can pay, how your information stays safe, and what happens the moment you click “Place Order.” Our goal is a fast, friction-free checkout that never leaves you guessing.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • PayPal – Pay from your existing PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or any major debit/credit card saved to your PayPal wallet.

  • Stripe-powered cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and most debit cards issued in the United States, processed through Stripe.

All transactions are charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Pickiox adds no extra surcharges or handling fees for choosing one method over the other.

2. Payment Security – How We Protect Your Data

  1. SSL Encryption: Every page that collects sensitive information is secured by 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Look for the lock icon in your browser’s address bar.

  2. PCI-DSS Compliance: Both PayPal and Stripe are certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Pickiox never sees or stores your full card number—those details go directly to the payment gateway.

  3. Tokenization: Stripe replaces your card details with an encrypted token; even if intercepted, that token is useless outside Stripe’s servers.

  4. Fraud Screening: Transactions are automatically screened against industry-standard fraud filters. Suspicious orders are paused for manual review within one business day.

  5. Secure Dashboards: Only two senior staff members have login credentials to our payment dashboards, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enforced.

Your data is treated with the same care we give to each garment we print—locked down from click to completion.

3. Payment Process – Step by Step

  1. Add to Cart: Select your T-shirt, hoodie, tank or sweatshirt, choose size and color, then tap “Add to Cart.”

  2. Checkout: Enter your shipping address, review tax (a flat 5 % sales tax where applicable) and shipping cost ($7.99 or free over $199).

  3. Choose Payment Method: Pick PayPal or Credit/Debit Card (Stripe).

  4. Authorize Payment:

    • PayPal: You’ll be redirected to PayPal to confirm.

    • Stripe: Enter card details directly on our secure page or use Apple Pay/Google Pay if your device supports it.

  5. Immediate Authorization: A temporary authorization is placed on your account. We capture the funds only after your design passes our pre-press review (usually within two business hours).

  6. Order Confirmation Email: Within minutes you receive an email summarizing your order and the last four digits of the payment method used.

  7. Production Status Updates: You’ll get automatic emails when printing starts, when your shipping label is created, and when the carrier picks up the parcel.

4. Payment Confirmation & Receipts

  • Digital Receipt: Your confirmation email serves as your official receipt and includes our business name, address, tax amount, and the exact total charged.

  • Downloadable Invoice: A printer-friendly PDF invoice is available via the “View Your Order” link in every email update.

  • Billing Descriptor: Charges will appear on your bank statement as “PICKIOX *XTE LLC”.

If you do not see a confirmation within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then email contact@pickiox.com for quick assistance.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

  • Card Declines: Most declines are caused by incorrect ZIP codes or card security codes (CVV). Re-enter the details or try a different card.

  • PayPal Holds: PayPal may place holds on newly added funding sources; choose an existing verified source or contact PayPal support.

  • Multiple Attempts: For security, the system locks out after five failed tries. Wait ten minutes or switch to PayPal.

We cannot start production until payment clears. Orders awaiting payment for more than 48 hours are automatically cancelled and inventory is released.

6. Changing Your Payment Method After Checkout

Before production begins (within two hours of purchase), email contact@pickiox.com with your order number and the new method you’d like to use. We will cancel the original authorization and send you a fresh payment link—no extra fees.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We stand behind every transaction. If you believe you were billed in error:

  1. Contact Pickiox first at contact@pickiox.com or reply to any order email. Most issues are solved within one business day.

  2. If a bank or PayPal dispute is filed before we have a chance to investigate, resolution can take up to 15 business days. Providing photos and tracking history speeds things up considerably.

Unresolved payment disputes are governed by California law and the dispute-resolution clause in our full Terms of Service.
