Below you’ll find quick answers to the questions we hear most often about ordering print-on-demand T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and tank tops from Pickiox, the apparel brand of Xte LLC. If you need more detail, each answer links back to the relevant policy section.
1. How long does production take?
We custom-print every garment after you click “Place Order.” Production—including artwork validation, printing and quality checks—takes 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. PT roll into the next business day’s queue.
2. When will my order arrive?
Add carrier transit (7–10 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx) to the 2–4-day production window for a total delivery estimate of 9–14 business days to any street address in the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
3. How much is shipping?

Free Standard Shipping on orders $199 USD and up (after discounts, before tax).

Handling, packaging and insurance are included—no hidden fees at checkout.
4. Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship only to street addresses in the contiguous U.S. We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
5. Can I track my package?
Absolutely. A tracking link goes live the moment the carrier scans your label. You’ll receive automatic email updates at key milestones: label created, in transit, out for delivery and delivered.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
Yes—within two hours of purchase. Email contact@pickiox.com with “CANCEL” or “ADDRESS CHANGE” in the subject line and your order number in the body. After two hours, the garment is already in production and standard return/exchange rules apply.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards through Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Both gateways use PCI-DSS-compliant encryption for safe, quick checkout.
8. Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our entire site runs on 256-bit SSL encryption. Card data is tokenized through Stripe, and PayPal keeps your full card number private. Pickiox never stores or sees your complete payment details.
9. Do I have to pay sales tax?
A flat 5 % sales tax is applied where required by law, based on your shipping address. The exact amount appears in your cart before you pay.
10. My shirt doesn’t fit. Can I exchange it?
Definitely. You have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange. You pay the return postage back to us; we ship the replacement size free of charge once the original passes inspection.
11. How do I start a return or exchange?
Email contact@pickiox.com with your order number, reason for return and photos if there’s damage. We’ll reply within one business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and packing instructions.
12. Do you charge handling or service fees?
No. All handling costs are built into our single flat-rate shipping fee. You will never see separate “processing,” “service” or “fuel” surcharges.
13. What if my package arrives damaged or never arrives?
Email photos of damage within 48 hours or let us know if tracking stalls for five days. We open a carrier investigation and usually resolve the issue—replacement or refund—within 5–7 business days.
14. Can I request a signature on delivery?
Yes. Signature confirmation is automatic on orders over $300. For smaller orders, reply to your confirmation email to add the service for the carrier’s standard $3 fee.
15. What happens if an item is out of stock?
We’ll contact you within one business day with options: switch colors, wait 3–5 days for restock, or cancel for a full refund. If the change pushes delivery beyond 14 business days, we upgrade shipping at no cost.
