This Legal Disclaimer applies to every purchase made through pickiox.com, the official online storefront for the Pickiox brand of Xte LLC. By continuing to browse, purchase, or use our print-on-demand (POD) T-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, and sweatshirts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below. If you do not accept this Disclaimer in full, please do not place an order.

1. Product Disclaimer

  • Custom, Hand-Finished Goods – Each Pickiox garment is printed individually. Minor variations in ink coverage, position, or shade are normal and are part of the POD process.

  • Digital-to-Physical Color Shift – Screen settings vary; therefore, the colors you see online may differ slightly from the final fabric print.

  • Sizing Guidance – Size charts are accurate within ±½″ (1.3 cm). Exchanges for sizing issues follow the 30-day policy outlined on our Returns & Exchanges page.

  • Care Instructions – To preserve print vibrancy, turn garments inside-out, wash cold, and tumble dry low. We are not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow these instructions.

2. Shipping and Delivery Disclaimer

All delivery windows (currently 9–14 business days for Standard service inside the contiguous United States) are estimates, not guarantees. Weather events, carrier labor disputes, natural disasters, and peak-season congestion may extend transit times beyond our control. Pickiox is not liable for consequential losses—such as missed events—caused by late delivery. See the Shipping Policy for full details on lost-package procedures and signature requirements.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California and federal law, Xte LLC, its officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use—or inability to use—our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim.

4. Health and Safety Notice

  • Skin Sensitivities – All inks used are CPSIA-compliant and free of heavy metals, but individuals with textile allergies should wash garments before wearing and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

  • Flammability – Cotton and cotton-blend apparel is flammable. Keep away from open flames and high-heat sources.

  • Children’s Wear – Unless specifically labeled as compliant with CPSC children’s sleepwear regulations, Pickiox products are intended for general use and should not be used as children’s sleepwear.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

Pickiox participates in legitimate affiliate-marketing programs. If you arrive at our site through an affiliate link, we may pay the referring partner a commission.
